Unlike other alliances, CHT unites stakeholders across the spectrum (providers, employers, vendors, trade associations, disease groups, think tanks) and government leaders at both the state and federal level to drive transformation according to a shared vision and key principles.

CHT and Jackson are working together to orchestrate a fully integrated hospital operating system that provides instant communication of patient status to maximize patient throughput and capacity.  Together, CHT and Jackson will create innovative, real-world solutions that improve patient safety, increase operational efficiencies and reduce the cost of clinical programs.

The VHA Foundation is a not-for-profit, private foundation created by VHA Inc. to encourage leadership and innovation in addressing health and healthcare issues.  The Foundation seeks the input and participation of both member and non-member healthcare organizations in its effort to improve health and healthcare.  The VHA Foundation funds programs that focus on two important health themes:  patient safety and disaster relief.  Since 1998, the VHA Foundation has worked to improve health and healthcare of all Americans by supporting innovative solutions at the frontlines, helping hospitals be better prepared for emergencies and shedding light on a broad range of health and healthcare issues.

By combining the strength of two of Jackson's physician staffing companies, LocumTenens.com and Jackson & Coker Locum Tenens and Permanent Placement, Jackson and the VHA are working together to improve clinical and economic performance to community hospitals across the country. Jackson Healthcare will be the sole source provider for locum tenens and permanent placement physicians for the VHA.
