JHS has grown at a compound annual rate of 54% over the past six years.

to Develop Headquarters Building for Jackson Healthcare Solutions at NorthWinds
Center in Alpharetta
(January 22, 2007) Duke Realty has sold a 9.4-acre site at its NorthWinds
Center office park in Alpharetta, Ga., to Jackson Healthcare Solutions,
and will develop a five-story, 160,450- square-foot headquarters office
building for the growing healthcare services company. Construction will
begin May 2007 and will be complete June 2008.
Hiffa Named VP-Human Resources at Jackson Healthcare
Solutions
(January 3, 2007) Jackson Healthcare Solutions has named Michael A. Hiffa
its new vice president of human resources (HR). Hiffa will develop and
refine HR systems that help sustain business growth for the Jackson Healthcare
Solutions (JHS) family of companies. He will oversee people-related processes
including recruiting, hiring, compensating, developing and retaining associates
for the company’s clinician recruiting and healthcare information
technology businesses.

Healthcare Staffing Transaction of 2006
(May 1, 2006) Jackson Healthcare Staffing (JHS), a division of Jackson
Healthcare Solutions, today confirmed it should triple 2005 revenue this
year with completion on April 28 of its purchase of substantially all
of the assets of bankrupt, Pittsburgh-based World Health Alternatives,
Inc. (Symbol: WHAIQ.PK).

William J. (Bill) Fricke to the new post of chief information officer.
