Jackson Healthcare Named Among Largest Staffing Firms in U.S. (July 28, 2010)

ATLANTA, GA (July 28, 2010)  - Healthcare staffing companies generated $4.2 billion in sales in 2009, despite significant declines in revenue.  Atlanta-based Jackson Healthcare ranked fifth among the largest healthcare staffing companies, an improvement from its prior year ranking, and 28th among all U.S. staffing companies.

According to a recently released report by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), staffing revenues declined by 27 percent in 2009.  Only 92 companies broke the $100 million barrier, making it one of the worst years in the industry's history, according to SIA.
