VHA NAMES JACKSON HEALTHCARE
AS PREFERRED PHYSICIAN STAFFING VENDOR

19, 2009-Jackson Healthcare® is pleased to
announce its agreement with VHA Inc., the national healthcare
network, to deliver multispecialty physicians for locum tenens
(temporary substitute) assignments and permanent physician
placement.
Through two Jackson Healthcare-owned companies, Jackson &
Coker and LocumTenens.com, VHA's member hospitals will have access
to hundreds of thousands of physicians in every major medical and
surgical specialty. Jackson & Coker, providing locum tenens and
permanent physician placement, offers a broad range of physician
specialties, while LocumTenens.com focuses on the niche specialties
in critical hard-to-fill areas. These two companies will work
with VHA to improve the clinical and economic performance of
community hospitals across the U.S.

discounted pricing, VHA members will also have free access to

For Jackson Healthcare, this agreement will provide support and
recommended access to additional VHA members to further service
fulfillment, encourage collaboration, share best practices, as well
as provide Jackson Healthcare's physicians with expanded locum
tenens and permanent opportunities.
