JACKSON HEALTHCARE NAMED ONE OF ATLANTA'S BEST PLACES TO WORK

Alpharetta, GA-Sept. 28, 2009 - Atlanta's leading business publication, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, named Jackson Healthcare to its list of "Atlanta's Best Places to Work."  Jackson Healthcare ranked No. 5 on the 2009 list of Atlanta's "Best Places to Work" for medium size companies and is the only healthcare staffing company included on the list.  This is the third year in a row the publication has listed Jackson Healthcare among the best employers in Atlanta.

"We are honored to be among the top employers in Atlanta.  To accomplish our goal of attracting and retaining the best talent available, we have invested in an environment that feeds individual's physical, intellectual and emotional needs," said Rick Jackson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Healthcare.  "We are proud of the fitness and wellness programs we have implemented, that give associates the tools necessary to live active, healthy lifestyles. It is important our associates know that they are the most important asset to this organization.  We will continue to listen to the desires of our teams to ensure they feel a sence of pride to be a part of Jackson Healthcare."

Jackson Healthcare has established a truly unique corporate culture where its business philosophy and performance have contributed to being named one of the largest and fastest growing staffing companies in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc.  In addition to comprehensive benefits for all associates, Jackson Healthcare offers numerous health and wellness programs, including:  a full-service gym, a restaurant that provides healthy eating options, access to physical trainers, nutritionists and chiropractor services, as well as salon services.  Jackson Healthcare is also proud to support numerous charitable organizations throughout the year.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle, in partnership with Quantum Workplace, surveyed the metro area's businesses and organizations to identify those that have discovered how to be among Atlanta's best places to work.  More than 500 companies were nominated in June.  Employees at each individual organization were asked to complete an online survey from early July through mid-August, containing questions regarding their work environment, co-workers and management teams.  Quantum used analytical tools to rank the top employers in three categories:  the top 10 in the large category (501 employees or more), the top 25 in the medium category (101 to 500 employees) and the top 25 in the small category (10 to 100 employees).  A complete list of the 2009 "Best Places to Work" can be found in the Sept. 25 issue of the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
