services conference and awards banquet in Atlanta, Georgia, and all
hospitals are invited to attend.

- 6:00 PM Reception
- 6:30 - 10:30 PM Awards Banquet

Conference Fee:
Two attendees from officially nominated hospitals attend
free. The conference fee is $495 per person for additional
attendees or those from hospitals not participating in the awards
program.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel
costs. Jackson Healthcare will provide lunch, dinner and
refreshments.
Dress for the conference and banquet is business casual.
