Two attendees from each of the programs nominated for the 2013
Hospital Charitable Service Awards can attend for free.
There is a fee of $495 for each additional attendee and
individuals from programs not nominated in 2013.
All attendees are responsible for their hotel room and travel. A
limited number of grants are available to cover hotel expenses, if
