Doug Walker is Vice President and General Management for Patient
Placement Systems. Doug has 18 years of experience in marketing and
management of software and technology solutions across several
industries. Before joining the Jackson Healthcare family, Walker
ran Block & Tackle Marketing, a successful marketing consulting
company focused on technology businesses. Patient Placement Systems
was one of his consulting clients. Doug Walker is a member of a
rare group known as "Atlanta natives." He embraces many Southern
traditions (Coca-Cola, college football, Waffle House), but others
confound him (grits, syrupy sweet tea, Jeff Foxworthy). He likes to
run, read and write (simultaneously if possible); listens to sports
talk radio every day; and particularly enjoys laughing with his
family and friends.
