Richard L. Jackson
Chief Executive Officer, Jackson Healthcare
Richard L. Jackson serves as Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Jackson Healthcare, the nation's third largest
healthcare staffing company. Jackson Healthcare provides hospitals
with physicians, clinicians and allied health professionals to
ensure the delivery of timely, high quality patient care.
For the past 34 years, Jackson has been instrumental in
conceptualizing and developing more than 25 healthcare
companies. His ownership and operation of staffing companies,
surgery centers, practice management companies, clinics and
hospitals have endowed him with the depth and breadth required to
thrive in the ever-changing healthcare environment.
Jackson has demonstrated a unique ability to anticipate industry
trends, identify underserved niches and create industry-leading
companies. Jackson partners with industry thought leaders and
continues to play a lead role in transforming the way healthcare is
delivered.
Driven by a personal mission to inject hope and opportunity into
the lives of underserved children, Jackson actively supports
numerous local and international charitable organizations. In
2010, he established a national Hospital Charitable Service Awards
program-the only recognition program in the healthcare industry
celebrating hospital accomplishments at the program level.
In addition to serving on the board of directors of the Georgia
Department of Community Health and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of
Commerce, Jackson is also the founder and Chairman of Patients for
Fair Compensation, a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization dedicated
to bringing an alternative solution to traditional medical
malpractice reform.

Shane Jackson
Executive Vice President, Jackson Healthcare & President, LocumTenens.com
R. Shane Jackson serves as Executive Vice President of Jackson
Healthcare and President of LocumTenens.com, a free online
physician job board and full-service recruiting agency. From 2004
to 2006, he served as President of Patient Placement Systems, a
healthcare technology company providing an automated solution for
the referring and placing of patients that require care after
leaving the hospital. In 2000, Jackson co-founded and acted as the
president of NextStart Capital, where he oversaw and directed
numerous fundraising and acquisition transactions.
As EVP for Jackson Healthcare, Jackson is responsible for
corporate development and operations. His many accomplishments in
this capacity include overseeing the start-up of Jackson
Healthcare's healthcare job boards division in 2007 and
AdvancedPractice.com in 2009.
In 2008, Jackson was named one of Atlanta's "Top 40 Under 40" by
the Atlanta Business Chronicle, recognizing him as one of
Atlanta's most accomplished young business leaders. He earned an
M.B.A., with honors, from Emory University, where he was one of a
distinguished group of students selected for the institution's
accelerated three-semester degree program. He also holds a B.B.A
from Harding University.
Jackson is a member of the board of directors of both the
Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the North Fulton Chamber of
Commerce. He also currently serves as board chair for Mission
Predisan, a Christian, not-for-profit healthcare organization that
provides more than 40,000 patient contacts annually to the people
of eastern Honduras.
Jackson and his wife reside in Alpharetta, Georgia, with their
three children.
Douglas B. Kline
Chief Financial Officer, Jackson Healthcare
Douglas B. Kline is Chief Financial Officer for Jackson
Healthcare. Kline is responsible for coordinating all financial and
accounting operations for Jackson, including the start-up of new
businesses. In addition, he oversees all prospective
acquisition activities, treasury management, risk management and
negotiations with Jackson's lenders. Since joining Jackson in
2005, he has managed the growth of Jackson's revenue from $100
million to more than $450 million. With more than 30 years of
progressive financial and operations experience, Kline was named a
2009 finalist for Chief Financial Officer of the Year by
the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Prior to joining Jackson, Kline served as Chief Financial
Officer for an equipment rental and sales firm in Jacksonville,
Florida, where he helped transform its $750-thousand profit into a
$40-million profit. In addition, he was responsible for all
accounting, financial analysis, internal controls, budgeting and
strategic planning for the company.
Kline graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's
degree in accounting. He also earned a master's degree in
business administration from Florida State University. A
Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Florida, Kline
spent the first seven years of his career in public accounting with
Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Kline and his wife reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Michael Hiffa
Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Jackson Healthcare
Michael Hiffa is Executive Vice President of Human Resources for
Jackson Healthcare. Hiffa brings more than 25 years of human
resources experience to the Jackson companies. His primary focus is
building a strong organizational culture by overseeing employee
relations, organizational effectiveness, training and development,
payroll, benefits, mergers and acquisitions and all recruitment and
retention functions for all companies owned by Jackson
Healthcare.
Prior to joining Jackson in 2006, he served as a senior member
of the executive team for a nationwide LTAC hospital company, as
well as two major financial corporations in the property and
casualty industry. Throughout his career, Hiffa has been
responsible for implementing and reorganizing human resources
departments, as well as restructuring organizations, resulting in
the cost savings of millions in operating costs.
Hiffa is a strategic human resources professional with
demonstrated accomplishments in building concrete environments for
rapidly growing organizations. Throughout his career, he has
been instrumental in developing performance management systems
based on core competencies and leadership concepts. In
addition, he is responsible for creating employee retention
programs and succession plans at all levels. His areas of expertise
include: management development, business process improvement,
coaching and mentoring. He is a frequent speaker on the topic
of becoming an employer of choice.
Hiffa graduated from Syracuse University and earned his JD from
the John Marshall School of Law.
He and his wife have three grown children and reside in Johns
Creek, Georgia.
Tim Aligheri
Chief Technology Officer, Jackson Healthcare
Tim Aligheri is Chief Technology Officer for Jackson
Healthcare. Aligheri is responsible for the oversight of new
technology developments, project management, product management and
strategic vision for the Jackson portfolio of business
applications.
Aligheri brings almost 30 years of experience in software
development, architecture, research and development, as well as
product management to Jackson. He has the unique ability to
understand a company's vision and orchestrate a powerful
development campaign.
Aligheri is an award-winning information technology
leader. He has been recognized for combining original
conceptual creativity with technology, to design successful client
server and web-based technology. Prior to joining Jackson,
Aligheri held executive positions at HealthPort, Per-Se
Technologies (now McKesson), Cox Interactive Media (now Coxnet),
MedAssets and HBOC (now McKesson).
A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Aligheri recently
completed Villanova University's Six Sigma Black Belt training.
Aligheri and his wife reside in Cumming, Georgia, with their
daughter.
Bob Schlotman
Chief Marketing Officer, Jackson Healthcare
Bob Schlotman serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Jackson
Healthcare. In his role, Schlotman oversees all corporate marketing
efforts including: public and government relations, media
relations outreach, corporate communication, market research, brand
management and national account sales for Jackson.
Schlotman has more than 35 years experience in healthcare and
information technology marketing, product strategy and
business development. Prior to joining Jackson, Schlotman
served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business
Development and interim CEO of Surgical Information
Systems.
Previously, Schlotman spent 20 years at HBO & Company prior
to their being acquired by McKesson Inc. At HBO &
Company, he held senior positions in product management, product
marketing, customer service and product development.
Schlotman graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a
bachelor's degree in business administration, with a focus in
marketing. He also earned two master's degrees from the
University of Dayton, in business administration and computer
science.
Schlotman and his wife reside in Roswell, Georgia.
Dennis Stockwell
General Counsel, Jackson Healthcare
Dennis Stockwell serves as General Counsel for Jackson
Healthcare and its affiliated companies. He is responsible
for legal affairs involving Jackson, including general corporate
matters, contracts and intellectual property. In addition,
Stockwell provides legal services support for all of the Jackson
operating entities.
Prior to joining Jackson, Stockwell served as Vice President,
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for TurboChef Technologies,
Inc., and PracticeWorks, Inc., both publicly-traded companies. He
previously was a corporate and securities attorney in Atlanta and
served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
Stockwell brings a wealth of experience involving general
business and transactional legal issues and corporate
governance. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he earned a
master's degree from University of Rhode Island and his juris
doctorate from Harvard Law School.
