The Jackson Family Foundation Christian Care Center is currently
home to more than 45 orphaned children, and is quickly growing
toward its capacity of serving 120. The new, state-of-the-art
facility has 13 staff members and includes: a full kitchen,
dining area, tile floors, modern appliances, as well as separate
dorms, where children are safe and have 24-hour care. All
funding and support for the Jackson Family Foundation Christian
Care Center is provided by the Jackson Family Foundation, in
association with Jackson Healthcare.
The Jackson Family Foundation Christian Care Center is located
in Zigong China and marks the first in partnership with the Chinese
Agape Foundation. This is the seventh operated by the Chinese
Agape Foundation. The city of Zigong was selected due to the
effects of the 2008 earthquake. More than 70,000 died in the
earthquake, leaving many children without any family members to
provide care.
